A good rivet gun must have a good grasp of its structure and basic principles in order to be able to present its advantages well and even to increase its service life. A good tool is no different to an ordinary tool if you don't use it correctly and don't know how to use it.
Pneumatic rivet gun use
Manual rivet gun riveting method is the first rivet into the nozzle of the rivet gun, with claw teeth to hold the end, and then the top of the head into the product workpiece plate hole, rivet gun handle pressure down, the stalk head to get pressure, will cause the rivet head to expand outward into a cabochon, and then again to strengthen the pull until the rivet rod is pulled off, in an instant to achieve riveting.
The pneumatic rivet gun works on the principle that compressed gas from the connecting tube reaches the piston via the valve, causing the piston to make repeated movements within the rivet gun, enabling the rivet to be squeezed and shaped to achieve the riveting function.
The riveting method of the pneumatic rivet gun is to insert the rivet into the nozzle, then place the top of the head into the workpiece plate hole, tap the trigger to expand the rivet outwards into a cabochon, then pull the trigger twice to make the nail rod be pulled off to achieve the riveting operation.
Rivet gun structure and riveting methods, rivet guns are manual, electric and pneumatic rivet guns; rivet specifications depend on the length of the rivet. Each rivet gun is generally equipped with a different type of nozzle, in order to rivet different materials, specifications of the rivet; in addition, the rivet gun has a pull nail steel claw piece, can be a dead grip rivet nail rod, squeeze the rivet head, so that the material close. At present, pneumatic rivet guns are more common, the use of pneumatic rivet guns can save some of the time and labour costs.
